It's about time.

It has been more than a while since my last post. During exam period we all need two things, 1. More time, 2. Anything to distract us from studying. With that in mind I was taking a look at Nixon and they have some really awesome watches out and new collections. I picked out two of my favourites, I love the Wit with the leather strap, and the second one just a nice contrast for your different style days

Diamonds by the Yard

Did you know you could have a colour as a registered trademark? You'd probably understand it a bit more when you realize the company is Tiffany & Co, and that colour is their famous blue which is best recognized as a box with a white ribbon tied around it. 

Not only are Tiffany diamonds and jewelley a girls best friend, but they are also responsible for The Vince Lombardi Trophy presented at the Super Bowl every year. Keeping on the man train, the famous New York Yankees "NY"logo was first introduced by Tiffany as they inscribed it on a medal of honour presented to the first NY police officer shot in the line of duty, Yankees adopted it in 1909. 

So really, next time you want a little Tiffany treat, just bring up the benefits its really bringing to the NFL and MLB.

UNB Men's Hockey team had an outstanding year, winning both their conference and CIS, not to mention in their home rink. They made a lot of people proud, congrats boys. Good year to be a V-Red.

Keepin' it real

With school coming to an end, and lot's of my friends graduating, seeing them stress with their grades, their futures, and their acceptance letters made me think back to basics. I think it's important we remember where we came from, and what we really want from life (A little shout out to mom never hurts either).
